Established in London in 2021, HLM Cleaning and Hospitality Agency was founded on deep-rooted industry knowledge and a clear understanding of what high-level environments require. The agency is led by Dr Henry Addai, whose career in hospitality began in 2013 and includes experience within distinguished restaurant settings in The Shard and Mayfair, including venues associated with Gordon Ramsay and Jamie Oliver.
This background informs our standards, our pace and our attention to detail. From the outset, HLM was structured to provide dependable operational support within demanding environments. Now operating across London and expanding into Manchester, we maintain a 24-hour service model with trained professionals available both day and night. Our response times are swift, our systems are organised and our teams are prepared to integrate seamlessly into existing operations.
